Patti Baker has extensive experience in marketing and public relations. Patti is currently the Director of Marketing at Fortegra since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Gold Key | PHR from March 2019 to April 2020, where they led marketing, public relations, and advertising efforts for various hospitality, food and beverage, and real estate holdings. At M&D Financial, Patti served as a Public Relations & Marketing Manager from December 2015 to February 2019. Patti also worked as a Public Relations Account Manager at Pinckney Hugo Group from July 2014 to May 2015, developing campaigns for clients in various sectors. Patti started their career as an Assistant Publicist at Serge Public Relations in May 2011, where they worked with entertainment industry clients and collaborated with prestigious festivals and award shows. Prior to that, they were a Special Events Publicist at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies from May 2010 to June 2014, managing film premieres.
Patti Baker attended Middlebury College, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Film, Media & Communications in 2011. Patti later pursued a Certificate in Advertising at Duke University, completing it in 2015. In 2021, they enrolled in Northwestern University and achieved a Certificate in Leadership Through Marketing. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Business Strategies for Social Impact from the University of Pennsylvania in the same year. Patti also pursued a program on Impact Measurement & Management for the Sustainable Development Goals at Duke University, but the field of study is not specified. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Marketing at Louisiana State University, expected to be completed in 2024.
