Irina Cuzdriorean began their work experience in November 2013 as an intern at Endava's School for Automation Testing. In December of the same year, they transitioned to the role of Automation Tester at the same company. Irina worked in this role until September 2015 when they joined Fortech as an AQA Engineer in October 2015. The end date for their role at Fortech is not provided.

Irina Cuzdriorean attended Alexandru Papiu Ilarian High School in Dej from 2006 to 2010. Following their high school education, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Babes Bolyai University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. From 2010 to 2013, they studied Business Informatics at the university. Irina then continued their education at the same university, focusing on E-Business, from 2013 to 2015.
