Camelia Fulop has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Camelia currently works as a Software Tester at Fortech, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Tester Freelance at uTest from November 2020 to May 2021.

Before transitioning into software testing, Camelia held various roles at SYKES Romania. From January 2018 to November 2018, they served as a Team Coordinator, supervising and coordinating the team leads of a multilingual support team. Camelia provided reports and ensured alignment with KPIs, procedures, and processes. From April 2014 to December 2017, Camelia acted as the primary interface between SYKES and the client as a Team Coordinator, coordinating three C&S centers and supervising four team leaders. Camelia ensured consistency in service delivery and business processes for Samsung Content and Services customers and consumers. Prior to this, from July 2010 to March 2014, they were a Team Leader Operations, supervising and coordinating the customer support team. Camelia also worked as an Account Trainer for a brief period from April 2010 to June 2010.

Camelia's career started at Contact Center where they held various roles. From October 2007 to October 2009, they were responsible for customer service, supervising and assisting a team of three team leaders. Camelia also organized and monitored training for new hires. Prior to this, they worked as a Market Research Supervisor for a few months in 2007, and as an Inbound Operator from November 2006 to May 2007. Camelia began their career as a Telemarketing Operator from July 2005 to November 2006 and as a Market Research Operator from June 2004 to July 2005.

Camelia Fulop has a diverse education history. Camelia attended the "Școala informală de IT" where they studied the Software Testing Module. Later, from 2003 to 2007, they enrolled at the Faculty of Letters at "Babes-Bolyai" University and pursued a degree in Applied Modern Languages with a specialization in IT-En.

In addition to their formal education, Camelia has obtained various certifications. Camelia completed the Test Automation Foundations certification at LinkedIn in April 2023. Prior to that, they obtained the Agile Testing certification in December 2020. In the same year, they also completed certifications in Building Resilience as a Leader, Managing Your Emotions at Work, Agile at Work: Planning with Agile User Stories, Effective Listening, Strategic Thinking, Managing Globally, Problem Solving Techniques, and Time Management: Working from Home. Furthermore, Camelia obtained a certification in Software Testing from The Informal School of IT in September 2019.
