Sarah Duerr has a diverse work experience history. Sarah is currently working at Forte Foundation as a Program Manager for Early Career Programs since October 2021. Before that, they worked at Fisher College of Business from August 2016 to October 2021, where they held the position of Senior Assistant Director for MBA Recruiting & Admissions. Prior to that, they worked at Saint Joseph's College of Indiana, first as an Admissions Counselor from August 2013 to June 2015, and later as an Advancement Systems Coordinator from June 2015 to July 2016. Sarah also has experience working at Sherwin Williams as a Management Trainee from October 2012 to June 2013, and at The J.M. Smucker Company as a Consumer Communications Representative from May 2011 to April 2012. Their work experience started at The University of Akron, where they worked as an Alumni Association Intern from 2010 to 2011.

Sarah Duerr earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Organizational Communications, Marketing and Sales from The University of Akron from 2007 to 2011. Sarah then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Saint Joseph's College from 2014 to 2015. Most recently, they completed a Master of Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2018 to 2021.
