Trine W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Trine is currently working as a Senior Business Designer at Forte Digital since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Knowit where they held various positions including Lead designer, Teamleder, Fagleder design, and Senior UX Designer from April 2019 to March 2021.

Before Knowit, Trine worked at Bekk where they served as a Manager- interaction designer from January 2018 to April 2019. Trine also held the roles of Senior interaction designer, Practice Lead Universell Utforming og Brukerpsykologi, and Interaction designer during their tenure at Bekk from August 2011 to December 2017.

Trine's earlier work experience includes a brief stint as an IT assistant at TANDBERG in 2010 and roles at Enter Forsikring, where they worked as Leder, Kundepleieteam responsible for a part-time customer service team from August 2008 to November 2009, and as a Kundekonsulent handling total customer care from March 2007 to November 2009.

Trine W. started their career as an Arkivar at Rikshospitalet from August 2006 to January 2007.

Trine W. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Teknologi, Organisasjon og Læring from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2005 to 2008. Trine further pursued their education at UiO and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Teknologi, Organisasjon og Læring from 2009 to 2011.
