Wesley Peckham is currently serving as a Supply Stream Intern at Fort Wayne Metals, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Wesley was a Talent Development Intern at the same company from May 2022 to August 2022, where significant contributions included automating internal hiring processes, analyzing learning applications, and developing business intelligence reports. Earlier experience includes a role at Chestnut Hills Golf Course as Golf Course Operations Staff, where adaptation to COVID-19 regulations and day-to-day operations were key responsibilities. Wesley is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management from Purdue University, expected to graduate in June 2024.
