Jack Stephen has extensive experience in quality management within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Fort Wayne Metals since February 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance for raw materials and ensuring compliance with customer and company quality standards. Prior to this role, Jack held various quality management positions at Silgan Plastics and LDM Technologies, as well as quality engineering roles at Eaton Corporation and Tomco Plastics. Jack began their career at Aeroquip as a Quality Manager. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Purdue University Fort Wayne, earned between 1982 and 1989.
