Gina Lesh is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fort Wayne Metals since August 2022, Gina also works as a Market Pre-Employment Specialist at Lutheran Health Network since January 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at Lutheran Health Physicians from September 2019 to January 2022 and HR Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement for nearly two decades from August 2000 to July 2019. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision with a concentration in HR Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne, graduated in 2005.
