Kimberly Dick is a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a career spanning several years in various roles within the field of behavior analysis. Currently serving as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Fort Wayne Community Schools since August 2024, Kimberly has also been the Program Manager and BCBA at Mapleseed Farms since August 2021. Previous positions include Board Certified Behavior Analyst roles at Golden Steps ABA and Hopebridge, as well as a Behavior Consultant and BCBA at Benchmark Human Services. Kimberly began their career at Benchmark Human Services as a Residential Director. Academic achievements include a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University Bloomington.
