Andrea E. Russell, PharmD, MHSA, MMOAS, BCACP, currently serves as a Hospital Pharmacist on a PRN basis at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, focusing on medication provision and clinical monitoring within a Comprehensive Stroke Center. Previous experience includes multiple leadership roles in the United States Air Force, where Russell managed pharmacy operations across several medical groups, executed substantial operating budgets, and improved service metrics significantly. Early career experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Walgreens provided foundational skills in pharmacy practice. Russell holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Rhode Island and has pursued further education at esteemed institutions, including USAF Air Command and Staff College and Stellenbosch University.
