Ahmed Halim is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over three decades in various roles focused on collaboration systems, IT infrastructure, and network administration. Currently serving as a Collaborations Engineer at Our Lady of the Lake University since July 2015, Ahmed's expertise includes Voice over IP systems and collaboration technologies. Previously, Ahmed held multiple positions at Fort Sam Houston ISD, including IT Coordinator and Infrastructure Director, where significant contributions included the design and operation of robust IT infrastructures and VoIP systems. As Regional Network Coordinator at Education Service Center, Region 20, Ahmed designed a wide area network connecting numerous educational institutions and integrated advanced voice and video conferencing solutions. Earlier roles at Northside ISD and Harris Corporation involved providing technical support, maintaining networks, and leading process design in electronic manufacturing. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Aeronautics Engineering and a Master's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Military Technical College in Cairo.
