Marcus Perry is a licensed real property appraiser with extensive experience in the appraisal and property management fields. Currently, Marcus has held the position of licensed real property appraiser at Forsythe Appraisals since January 2009 and serves as a senior appraiser at FIRST AMERICAN STAFF APPRAISALS, LLC since the same year. Previously, Marcus worked as a project manager for Pella Windows and Doors of Houston, managing communication between sales, installation crews, and homeowners. Experience also includes conducting property inspections at Reliable Reports and owning Valor Improvements Inc., where oversight of daily operations was a key responsibility. Early in Marcus's career, firefighting duties were performed at the City of Murray Fire Department. Academically, Marcus holds a Master of Science in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV from Murray State University.
