Christina Magelund is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as a Catering Specialist at Forsvarsministeriets Ejendomsstyrelse since April 2022. Prior roles include Specialist Retail & Convenience at ISS A/S, and Salgs- og Produktkoordinator at Oialla, where Christina managed regulatory compliance, import/export of organic products, production planning, and sales activities. Additionally, Christina has held positions at Sodexo, first as a Concept Deployer focused on implementing food concepts and ensuring quality assurance, followed by a role as a Product & Concept Developer responsible for event planning and marketing material development. Christina holds a Master of Science in Gastronomy and Health from Copenhagen University, a Bachelor in Nutrition & Health from Suhrs, and has studied food science at The University of Western Australia.
