Torjus Spilling is a scientist at Forsvarets forskningsinstitutt - FFI since December 2020, previously serving as a development engineer at Data Respons R&D Services from October 2017 to November 2020 and as a hardware engineer at Oracle from August 2015 to April 2017. Prior experience includes a research assistant role at the University of Oslo, working on a project related to hardware programming and providing CNC and 3D-printing support. Torjus has also held positions as a project manager at Satema AS, overseeing the logistics of diesel genset deployments, and as a project engineer at Kamstrup AS, planning and supporting remote energy meter reading systems. Early career experience includes working as a warehouse employee at Lindal Hus AS. Torjus holds a Master's Degree in Microelectronics from the University of Oslo, an Introductory Studies degree from The Norwegian School of Theology, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
