Ilea Shenderovsky is currently a Senior Project Engineer at Forsta, where they lead company-wide infrastructure projects and transformations. In their previous role at Confirmit, they worked as a Senior Software Developer and later as a Team Lead and Scrum Master. They have experience in software adjustments, integration of solutions from acquired companies, team-building, agile transformation, and software development. They hold a degree in Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Cybernetics from Yaroslavl Demidov State University.
