Harun ÄŒimpo is a Software Trainer at Forsta since November 2021, responsible for creating content for software implementation guides, best practices, and certification programs while collaborating with customer success managers for successful software deployment. Prior to this role, Harun held positions as a Security Analyst and Service Desk Specialist at Teleperformance from October 2018 to November 2021.
