Gerd Birgit Hay is an experienced professional in program management and partner services, currently serving as the Head of Partner Services at Forsta since January 2021. Prior to this role, Gerd Birgit Hay held various positions at Confirmit, including Senior Director of Program Management for the EMEA Region and Senior Programme Manager. Gerd Birgit Hay was also self-employed from August 2015 to May 2016 and worked at If P&C Insurance as Head of Strategy and Program Management from July 2009 to August 2015, overseeing the data warehouse strategy. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Teradata, EDB Telesciences, Infercor AS, and NCR Corporation.
