Yair Schwartz has been working in the field of mechanical engineering since 2014. In that year, they began working as a Mechanical Engineer for King Engine Bearings. In 2015, they moved to Mazor Robotics, where they worked as an R&D Mechanical Engineer. In 2019, they joined Medtronic, where they held two roles: Prin. Mechanical Design Engineer in the R&D Robotics department at Mazor Robotics, and Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer in the R&D Robotics department at Mazor Robotics. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as an R&D Mechanical Design Engineer for ForSight Robotics.

Yair Schwartz attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
