Keith Johnston is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in consumer marketing, technology, and digital strategy. Currently serving as VP, Group Director of Executive Research at Forrester since October 2016, Keith leads research portfolios focused on consumer behavior, customer experience, and digital business strategy, while also driving brand positioning and business growth initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at T3, where transformation and operations were key focuses, and Director of Digital Strategy at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, responsible for comprehensive digital efforts. Notable past positions also include Senior Vice President at MullenLowe U.S. and Creative Director roles in various creative firms. Keith holds a BFA in Film and Television from Savannah College of Art and Design and furthered education at MIT Sloan School of Management.
