Daniel Fong, EIT, has extensive experience in fermentation research, currently serving as Fermentation Research Associate III at Fornia BioSolutions, Inc. since February 2019. Daniel has advanced through various positions within the company, starting as a Fermentation Research Assistant I and progressing to the current role. Prior to this, Daniel was a Student Research Assistant at San Jose State University from September 2015 to February 2019, contributing to research on the expression of proteases in the Aedes Aegypti mosquito's midgut for vector control purposes. Daniel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University in 2018.
