Itay Meroz is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial management. Currently a Board Member at Formula Systems and serving as CEO and COO of Skyter Technologies Ltd. since September 2021, Itay previously held the role of CEO at WhiteSmoke from April 2008 to July 2022. Prior to that, Itay was the Controller and CFO at Brooks-Keret in 2007 and worked as a financial consultant during 2003-2006. In the early career, Itay served as the Controller at Versaware from 2001 to 2002 and as a CPA at EY from 1998 to 2001. Itay holds a BA in Business and Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies, which was completed in 2001.
