Sumesh Punakkal Kariyil is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in product management, application architecture, and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at formsflow.ai since February 2022, Sumesh also holds the position of Application Architect at AOT Technologies since June 2014, focusing on product design and development across various frameworks and technologies, including Java, Python, and Angular. Prior roles include Technical Lead on the BC Registries modernization program and Portal Lead for a digital transformation project with the Government of British Columbia, as well as Senior Backend Developer at Rogers Communications. Sumesh’s career began at IBS Software Services, and spans multiple companies, including Allianz Insurance and Marsh & McLennan Companies, where significant contributions to application design and development were made. Sumesh is furthering expertise through a Post Graduate Program in AI & ML at The University of Texas at Austin, following a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Calicut.
