Dave Barcos is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as Founder, Advisor, and Catalyst at North Bank Advisors, established in May 2024, Barcos focuses on supporting early-stage founders and growth-stage startups. Barcos also leads business development at Formos, while serving as Founder and President of North Bank Innovations, an organization dedicated to fostering the startup community in Southwest Washington. Previous roles include President at The Startup Brand, Chief Marketing Officer at GroundSwell SPC, and Founder of The Bridge Incubator and Startup VanCo. Barcos has a diverse background in creative direction, having worked at Remedy Design Group and SQ1, along with co-founding My Shopping Community.
