Mukesh Selvaraj Ph.D has a strong work experience in the semiconductor industry. Mukesh started their career at Texas Instruments in 2004, where they worked in semiconductor package development for three years. In 2007, they joined FormFactor Inc. as a Senior Principal Engineer, focusing on technology transfer. Over the years, Mukesh has taken on increasing responsibilities, including roles as Senior Manager, Director of Technology and Products and Senior Director of Product Development. Currently, they serve as the Vice President in charge of Research and Development and New Product Development at FormFactor Inc.

Mukesh Selvaraj holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Systems Science from Binghamton University. Mukesh also obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university.
