Lynette Pagano is a seasoned professional in supply chain and purchasing management, currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at FormFactor Inc. since February 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Supply Chain Manager at the same company and Supply Chain Quality Manager at Cascade Microtech from May 2013 to February 2016. Lynette held the position of Purchasing Manager at ON Semiconductor from May 2006 to May 2013 and at LSI Logic Corp from 1991 to 2006, where earlier responsibilities included Proto Planning Manager at LSI Logic from 1991 to 1996. Lynette Pagano earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from San Jose State University between 1986 and 1989, following initial studies at San Diego State University from 1984 to 1985.
