Ali Heller has extensive experience in both technical and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Technical Creative and Assistant Engineer at Formetco since December 2013, Ali previously worked at Brookfield Country Club as a server, where fine dining and server training were emphasized. Prior to that, Ali held the position of Web Support Specialist at E-Platform Marketing, LLC, managing website projects and providing administrative support. Additionally, Ali began a career in the food service industry at Applebee's, working as a hostess and server in various locations from 2008 to 2011.
