Val Singler has a strong background in sales and management roles. They began their career as a Manager at ALDI Stores from February 2006 to January 2008. They then transitioned to a Store Manager position at Aeropostale from May 2010 to January 2016. Following that, Val worked as a Regional Career Services Manager at Ross Education Holdings, Inc. from January 2016 to June 2022. Val's most recent experience includes being an Inside Sales Representative at Avient Corporation from June 2022 to October 2022, and currently at Formerra since November 2022.

Val Singler attended Cleveland State University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Science. They further pursued higher education at the same university from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree with a focus on Adult learning and development.
