Zamir Cobb, BSW, MBA, currently serves as Managing Director at The Trust (Powered by the NFLPA), where a comprehensive restructuring of the service department has been implemented to enhance program effectiveness and staff engagement. Previous experience includes serving as Player Director for the NFL Players Association, where significant advancements in collective bargaining interests for NFL players were achieved, and a pivotal role as Program Manager at The Trust, where the Wraparound Transition Program was developed to assist former players. Earlier career highlights include leadership at Caring People Alliance, where enrollment and revenue increased significantly, as well as professional football playing stints with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Arizona Cardinals, and New Orleans VooDoo Arena Football. Zamir Cobb holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Temple University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
