Elliot Smith currently serves as Talent Lead at FORM3 since January 2019, where contributions have significantly impacted the scaling of the business, notably managing the hiring of over 200 Senior Engineers in four years, with a peak of 15 hires per month. Prior to this, Elliot held the position of Talent Partner at SoCode for a short duration in late 2018, and before that, Elliot progressed through various roles including Senior Technology Recruitment Consultant and Team Lead at The ONE Group Ltd from July 2016 to November 2018. Elliot began the recruitment career as an Associate Technology Recruitment Consultant. Elliot earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science from Anglia Ruskin University (2013-2016) and completed education at Sandy Upper School & Community Sports College (2002-2007).
