Nicky Brimmer is an experienced professional with a strong focus on strategic advisory and talent management in the tech and business sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at Form1 Partners since December 2023, Nicky has also held the position of Global Client Partner/Associate Consultant at The Chemistry Group since October 2012, working with major global clients to enhance their performance. In addition, Nicky founded Nicky Brimmer Ltd in July 2018, providing business mentoring and strategy development services. Previously, Nicky held roles such as GTM - Enterprise Advisor at Totaljobs, Head of Client Engagement at People Matter Technology Limited, and Director of Customer Success at Good&Co, Inc. Nicky's extensive background includes leadership positions with FTSE 100 companies and a notable tenure as HR Director at Telefonica o2 plc.
