Kathleen Guerra is a Global Supply Manager at Form Energy, Inc. since November 2021, bringing extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked at Accenture from July 2018 to October 2021, progressing through positions from Consulting Analyst to Consultant. Kathleen also gained valuable engineering experience as a Subsea Engineering Intern at ExxonMobil and as a Reservoir Engineering Intern at Pioneer Natural Resources Company, where significant analytical and collaborative work was conducted. Earlier research roles included work at the MIT Mechanical Engineering Department, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focusing on various aspects of engineering and innovation. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a semester exchange at ETH Zürich in 2017.
