Xujie Dou is a highly experienced engineering professional with a background in mechanical engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Quality Leader and Manufacturing Project Engineer at Hardinge Inc since November 2021, Xujie previously held positions as a Mechanical Engineer at American Chrome Company and CRRC MA, where responsibilities included design analysis, rapid prototyping, and improving engineering change proposal accuracy. Xujie also completed a mechanical engineering internship at Tsintel Technology Company, focusing on chassis design for self-driving vehicles, and worked on safety mechanisms and efficiency improvements for Kahr Arms. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
