Ken Goldman is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in chief financial officer roles across multiple companies, including Excite, Siebel Systems, Fortinet, and Yahoo!. Notably, Ken served as CFO at Yahoo! from 2012 to 2017, overseeing global finance functions. Following their tenure in corporate finance, Ken was the President of Hillspire, LLC from 2018 to October 2022, managing financial and administrative operations as well as real estate, aviation, and maritime activities. Ken holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Cornell University, where Ken currently serves as an emeritus trustee since 2004.
