Daryn Stier is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Tele-Mental Health Therapist at Foresight Mental Health since May 2020, where responsibilities include providing comprehensive counseling services for diverse populations facing various challenges, including mental health issues and equity struggles. Stier has a long-standing involvement with the Anti-Defamation League as a Facilitator and Educator since January 2003, focusing on diversity and cross-cultural awareness training. As an LCSW with a private practice since December 1989, Stier specializes in individual and group psychotherapy utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, particularly for anxiety and eating disorders. Previous roles include Clinical Counselor at the University of California, San Francisco, and Employee Assistance Counselor at Kaiser Permanente, among others. Stier holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Oberlin College.
