CHOOSE THANKFULNESS

We focus on the good; even if there are 99 things going wrong, we thank God for the 1 thing going right. We kill complaint-culture by intentionally saying thank you frequently, specifically, and genuinely. We focus on what we have rather than what we lack. We show thankfulness for the things God has blessed us with by stewarding our resources, facilities, and equipment with excellence.

BELIEVE THE BEST

We give people the benefit of the doubt and do not take things personally. We operate in high grace for ourselves and for others and extend that grace to others as we do the work of God in our community. When we have a conflict with someone - we seek to reconcile rather than choose to stay offended. We believe that everyone has something to offer, and we don't give up on people.

CULTURE OF HONOR

We speak and act in a way that honors God and his image-bearers with every word that comes out of our mouths; whether said to them or about them. We do not allow gossip, sarcasm, or dishonoring language to have a place in our culture. We believe in calling people up, not out, and in talking to, not about.

TRUST THE PROCESS

We work hard, and trust God with the results. We understand that there will be times when we will not see the fruit of our labor, but that we must trust God to bring the harvest in His perfect timing. We walk in faith, while also submitting to wisdom and structure in order to maintain a healthy, impactful, and sustainable organization.
