Floortje Heus is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in nursing and psychiatric care. Currently serving as a Psychiatrisch verpleegkundige at Forensisch centrum Teylingereind since April 2021, Floortje previously worked at GGZ Rivierduinen, focusing on early intervention for young adults experiencing their first psychosis. Floortje has held various roles, including President of AEGEE-Leiden, and gained hands-on experience in multiple healthcare settings, from medium care for the elderly to supporting individuals with disabilities. Floortje holds a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Hogeschool Leiden and has been involved in various educational and advisory roles throughout the academic journey.
