Saara Uusitalo has extensive experience in customer care and sales management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Care & Sales at Forenom since November 2021. Prior to this role, Uusitalo worked as an Account Manager at Horisontti Media and had a long tenure at SATS from October 2013 to November 2021, where positions included Account Manager and Club Manager, focusing on B2C operations and training products. Uusitalo began a career in fitness management as Group Training Manager at Oy Elixia Finland Ab from September 2009 to October 2013. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Sports Management and Development and a Bachelor's degree as a Sport's instructor from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, along with a high school diploma from Helsingin Suomalainen Yhteiskoulu.
