Kyle Welch has over a decade of work experience, including roles in product management, customer success, sales, and foreign trade. Kyle started their career in 2008 as Director of Special Projects at Uncommon Schools. In 2014, they worked as Sales Head at NavPort, which was later sold to RS Energy Group. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at RS Energy Group before moving to Enverus, where they worked in Product Management until 2021. Currently, they are the President & Chief Operating Officer at Forecasa.

From 2004 to 2008, Kyle Welch attended Roberts Wesleyan University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management & Entrepreneurship and Economics & Finance. Kyle has also received a Project Management Certificate from eCornell in June 2019.
