Nancy Hark is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in labor relations and employment law. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Senior Director at Fordham University since January 2018, Nancy previously held the position of Director of Employee and Labor Relations at New Jersey Institute of Technology from November 2013 to February 2018, where responsibilities included advising on employee performance and managing grievances.
