Efkan Gucvardar has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and maritime industries. Currently serving as Fleet Sales Lead (Leasing) at Ford Otosan since March 2004, Efkan has held various leadership roles, including Dealer Training & HCT CoE Lead and Dealer Training Planning & Development Team Leader. Prior experience includes a research assistant position at Türkiye Devlet İstatistik Kurumu (TUİK) and internships at Zeytinoğlu Motorlu Araçlar A.Ş., TÜRKİYE DENİZCİLİK İŞLETMELERİ A.Ş., and Deval Denizcilik. Efkan holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Teaching from Marmara University, as well as a High School Diploma in Marine Machinery from Ziya Kalkavan Anadolu Denizcilik Meslek Lisesi.
