Doruk Ö. is a Program Management Engineer at Ford Otosan, specializing as a Kanban Master since September 2021. In this role, Doruk supports agile activities, facilitates workload equity, and ensures effective service delivery for the front-end squad. Prior to this position, Doruk contributed as a D&R Engineer focused on MCV Body Exterior Trim Systems while gaining experience through various internships and trainee roles at companies such as Vestel, Şişecam, and Arçelik Global. Doruk is currently pursuing dual Master of Science degrees in Data Science at Koç University and Computational Science and Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, building on a foundation of a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an earlier medical degree.
