Ali U?ur T¨¹l¨¹o?lu is a seasoned Kanban Master, Sustainable Product Development Engineer, and Scrum Master at Ford Otosan since December 2020, with a strong focus on coaching teams in self-management, enhancing productivity, and facilitating effective Scrum practices. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Project Manager for Team Deeply High, contributing to sustainable urban design projects, and as a PEP Trainee at Mercedes-Benz T¨¹rk, where responsibilities included planning and market analysis for a new truck concept. Ali has also held positions as Mechanical Design Engineer for Solar Decathlon Team Bosphorus and WalkOVR, focusing on energy-efficient housing and VR technology development, respectively.
