Steve Rands has extensive experience in supply chain and purchasing management, currently serving as Purchasing Manager at Ford Motor Company since May 2011, where leadership of a team of commodity buyers focused on powertrain components is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Controlled Power Technologies Ltd. from April 2009 to May 2011, and served as Senior Purchasing Manager at Visteon Corporation from January 2000 to January 2009. Steve Rands holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and completed education at Hatfield High School.
