Shashi Deshpande is a seasoned IT leader with extensive experience at Ford Motor Company since May 1999, currently serving as the Global IT Product Group Leader for Supply Chain Resilience. Shashi has held various positions, including Global IT Manager for Material & Vehicle Logistics, and Product Verification, where significant enhancements to IT solutions were achieved. Shashi’s expertise extends to business relationship management and portfolio leadership in product development and engineering data management. Prior to Ford, Shashi consulted at Altair Engineering Inc., focusing on automotive product development and optimization. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Michigan, and dual Master's and Bachelor's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and the University of Mumbai, respectively.
