Salil Brahme is a seasoned engineering professional with significant experience in software and controls development in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior Controls and Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company since August 2016, Salil has previously worked as a Powertrain Software Engineer at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from June 2014 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire software development cycle and improving feature requirements. Salil also has a background in research and development as a Team Leader for a project focused on a Micro-Controller Based Hybrid Electric Vehicle Charging System at Automatic Electric Ltd. Furthermore, Salil's career began in IT as an Associate at Reliance Retail, managing network solutions.
