Kristina Karschnia currently serves as the New Model Prototype Chief at Ford Motor Company since December 2022, managing the North American Prototype Facility with a team of 32 salaried employees and 306 hourly team members. Prior to this role, Kristina held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Troy Design and Manufacturing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford, from June 2019 to December 2022. Kristina's career at Ford also includes experiences as Plant Manager and in various managerial roles including Production and Maintenance Manager and Warehouse Manager from May 2008 to June 2019. Kristina Karschnia holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Wayne State University.
