Ken Mayer possesses extensive experience in human factors and interaction design, currently serving as a People Leader and Senior Engineer at Ford Motor Company within the Research and Advanced department. Prior roles include Human Factors Engineer at Yazaki North America and Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute. Ken also has experience as a Graduate Student Instructor at the University of Michigan and as a Process Engineer at Jabil Circuit. Ken Mayer holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Human Factors from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
