Carsten Hilker is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in finance and management consulting, currently serving as a Partner for Finance & CFO communities at SAP Peer-Networking Communities and as an Executive Advisor for global ERP roll-out at Ford Motor Company. Since April 2023, Carsten has been a Business Advisor focusing on SAP, CFO, and Blackline at Horvath USA, and from August 2022, an Executive Advisor for S4HANA & Finance at JDC Group. A long-standing association with SAP began in July 2007, transitioning to early retirement from full-time employment while holding the roles of Global Solution Owner for SAP Central Finance and managing several community and thought leadership initiatives. Prior experience includes consulting positions at Venetia Partners LLC, SAPinsider, Alta Via, CSC, and Deloitte, complemented by academic credentials from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
