Saba Al Mubaslat serves as the Regional Director for the MENA region at Ford Foundation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Saba held the position of Chief Executive Officer at The Asfari Foundation from May 2019 to April 2022, driving the foundation's vision of fostering inclusive societies. Saba also led the Humanitarian Leadership Academy as Chief Executive Officer from September 2015 to April 2019, focusing on localized humanitarian learning. Earlier experience includes serving as Country Director and Programme Director at Save the Children International, where Saba oversaw development and humanitarian programs in Jordan and managed emergency response initiatives. Saba's career began at Save the Children US as Director of Program Quality and Development and Youth Programme Senior Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Strategic Planning and Programming from Framingham State University and ongoing executive leadership studies at INSEAD and Oxford Saïd Business School.
