Elsabeth van Overbeeke is a founding member of Shift Collective, a collaborative group of innovative agencies and consultancies in Germany, since October 2020. As a coach and facilitator for ForChiefs Alliance e.V. since December 2017, Elsabeth specializes in empowering organizations to navigate transformational change. Previous experience includes facilitating organizational development at &ABLE and founding TryWork, an initiative aimed at experiential recruitment. Elsabeth served as an experienced consultant at Double Effect, focusing on project management and advisory roles in financial services, and held roles in research consulting at Mapa. Academic credentials include an MSc in Business Psychology and Change Management, along with a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Groningen and the University of Westminster.
